Why are TICKETS – NOT BEING LOOKED AT??????????

I submitted several tickets almost a week ago and there are no responses.

Is this truly the support we get for buying themes? As a business consultant I really want to like this company and these guys, but my clients are killing me on not getting responses.

Is there a way to get responses from tickets? I have 2 opened Critical Tickets for major MicroJob Theme Functionality FAILURES – and no responses?

Very frustrating, is there paid support? I just need responses
