Why has Visibility > Password Protect disappeared when adding pages?

    In DT Responsive, I can’t password protect pages. Usually in WP it’s in the Publish box and you click on Visibility > Edit. But “Visibility” is not there on my pages. I’ve spent an hour trying to solve this, and need some help.

    Why can’t I password protect pages in Directory Theme?
