Hi,
I’m a long time premiumpress user and my favourite recent version is 8.1 as most of the features I use seem to function better.
Now with 8.9.7 one of my biggest gripes is with the box on the side of the edit/renew page. See screenshot.
Firstly it is too difficult for users to find and use this page. After logging in it takes 4 clicks to get to the payment box.
To make it easier I would just like a link in the renewal email to this page https://mysite.com/add-edit-listing/?eid=3401
The last number is each listing number.
Perhaps this is an easy fix?
Secondly if the user decides to renew or upgrade and click the top link ($129. in this example) any time remaining that has already been paid for on the existing listing is wiped and the listing starts again from this moment.
I am trying to give my users an easy, honest experience so they can trust me and the site so I find this procedure embarrassing.
