Can't assign listing package

Hello,

I have exported my listings from an old site to my new installation and everything has moved over perfectly except the package id data to assign a package to the listing. On the listing edit page the listing package just shows as –no package assigned–

When I manually select the package I want and hit the save button it jumps back to –no package assigned–

Any way to fix this?
