the Rev Slider having issues – Need Some Help please

Hi Everyone,

I installed the rev slider plugin and it let me create the images, and the template
but when I go to hit preview I am getting this error message:

Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

I am running the current shop theme, and this is the main theme, not a child theme, any tips on how I can get this working ???
