All Listings Converted to Paid Package

    I have three listing packages, 1. Free Month, 2. Paid Month, 3. Paid Year.

    When I went to renew a few listings, I noticed I couldn’t renew them for the Free Month.

    When I checked the Dashboard > Listing Manager, I noticed all the listings have been changed to Paid Year.

    Has anyone seen this before? How did it happen and how do I fix it?
