User Profiles

I have a few questions regarding the user profile area. I have already customized background pictures in function > img, but was wondering if their was more to customize?

Q1: Is there a way to customize profile page to show all of their listings when going into users profile page?

Q2: How would I go about removing the search widgets in user profiles? I see it is possible when making layout full width in page setup > search page , but why would user profiles be placed in Search page. I would still like search widgets in Search Pages but not widgets in users profile.
