duddypress or bbpress isn't working in dating theme

I decided to add buddypress plugin and bbpress but some member just registered and they can not post any comments or create groups, is there anything I should know about because it display this message “Oops! You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.

it doesn’t work either when I changed the user “Role” to keymaster.
and the profile pic is also displaced.

I have deactivated all the plugins and tried other ways as well.
