Updating your WordPress Theme 7.1.3 to 7.1.4

    I am suing directory press 7.1.3 and want to upgrade to 7.1.4 . My web site shows that it is up to date so I have not link to click to update the theme per your video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdksBhS70sc

    I backed up my web site and databases and have downloaded 7.14, but I do not know which files to upload or where.

    I am doing this because there are problems with 7.1.3 such as users not being able to updated their listings.

    Please advise.
