Map – Not Showing Listings

I did a support ticket to get the map working and they made it work – it was awesome
Then I did a support ticket for something else – they fixed that but the map went back to not working

The map just shows a body of water no continents or no listings. I added the feature to change locations (the little map in the right hand corner) and played with that thinking it collaborate the map – but sadly it didn’t and just made the map grey

What am I doing wrong and how can I get it to work again?

Note I did try seeing if the map worked with every plugin turned off except the page builder plugin and – it still was broken
