Can someone walk me through getting claim listing working please?

Up until now I’ve setup listings to client instructions. Now I’m satisfied I understand the application and its likely hood of a back door entry through user accounts I’ve decided to enable ‘claim listing’ but I’m unsure of how to go about it.

Every listing shows the ‘claim listing’ link but when you hit it, nothing happens. All help greatly appreciated.
