Create page for VIEW ALL PROFILES

Hi. Again it’s the newbie here. I did a search and couldn’t find an answer to this, so hopefully someone can help. Is there a shortcode i can add to a page to display all profiles? So that on successful registration, that page becomes available?

Also, I cannot see what part of the signup process influences the information displayed to the right of the profile photo (see attached).I am getting a default age of 18 for everyone who signs up and there is no where to amend this.
