Big gaps in category block

I tried almost everything I can, but I can’t figure out why there are big gaps in my category black. For testing purpose I placed two blocks below each other, but they have both gaps in the layout. I tried to change all the parameters like ‘items per row’, show description, etc…
Even on a mobile screen it’s the same.
