How do i remove default items for Profile Details?

    Hello. I am hoping for some help with this, as i am new to PremiumPress. I want to remove the default 3 questions that come with the theme (see attached) and display just custom fields for new users on the Add profile/Profile Details screen.

    I have looked and looked and I can’t find any means to switch them off. Can anyone help with this please? I was previously using Directory theme from Templatic, so still learning the ropes with this.
