new listings not showing up in order manager "overview"

Hello…firstly, thank you to those who have answered my questions…I do appreciate that!

My question this time is how do I get the new listings and orders which are made to show up in the order manager “Overview” section? Even though I have many listings now, none are showing up in the order manager.

Also, when someone makes a listing and then clicks on the “Make Payment” Button, it just pops up a little info box, but there are no payment possibilities within it…shouldn’t it link to a payment options page or some other way to make the payment?
