"edit listing" link error page after domain name change

I need to hardcode a link in old version of Micro Jobs (8.1). I have a lot of customizations and I recently updated my domain. A developer is attempting to fix all of the links that were messed up due to the switch.
There is one link that is causing some trouble. When a user needs to edit their listing by clicking “edit this listing” (see attatchment) we are getting an error that the edit page does not exist. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Here is an example of the link structure that is currently not working:
https://mydomain.com/listing/postname/&eid=758
*758=post id
