Theme Troubles – Perhaps payment for VIP not working.

Is it possible that although I paid for VIP, but I am only getting access to one theme and a couple of its’ child themes? I thought before I asked for a refund, I would check to see if perhaps my account is limited to one theme, although I paid for the bundle. Maybe that’s the problem.

I’ve already posted that I am having trouble with the themes and child themes. My site is a mess, and I can’t load but one theme plus a couple of child themes, when I tried more, my site broke. Yes, I have watched videos, turned off plugins before installing PP theme, deleted and re-installed PP themes trying to get them to work. I have 3 WP sites, while I admit I am not good, I know the basics.

Right now I am looking at having to get the hosting service to re-install a backup, or clean my site and re-install WP and start from scratch with whatever directory program I use, because loading these themes created havoc. Thankfully I was only in the testing stage, I had tried a couple of other directory themes, Web2.0 which worked nice, but not enough options, and GeoTheme&GeoDirectory, but I could get them to do what I wanted, so very little content yet.
