Search Box Height, Padding and Custom Fields Listings Pages

Hello All,

I need some final touch help with one of the sites that I manage, https://directory.iaitam.org/

-ONE-
There are 3 blue buttons under the search box. I want to be able to enable a site visitor to click on one of those 3 links and have it go to a results page that only shows once of 3 possible specific custom field results. These buttons “Provider Member, Accredited Training Organization, and Other” are all designated in my listings with the custom field called “membertype”

What URL string can I link the buttons to that will show me these different results based on their custom field of member type?

-TWO-
How do I trim down the overall height of the search box? It’s about twice as tall as it should be.

-THREE-
I need to trim the gap between the bottom of the search box and the top of the buttons. There is a lot of white space in there that doesn’t look good.
