'Create new listing' button is missing

    Good evening everybody
    not sure if I am on the right position for my small problem

    If I am logged in in application (as an normal user), I cant find ‘Create new listing’ button ….
    If I click on dashboard on the top, nothing happens..

    It is a little strange for me…. don’t know why…..
    Any ideas….?
