Problem Installation "Responsive Classifieds Theme 8.9"

Hi,

I am trying for install “Responsive Classifieds Theme 8.9” and get the same problem for this 2 days. The Hosting Check (Pre-Installation) already OK (meet with required). Every I try to install (after filled licence key), the page will notice :
