Resume Contact Form Issue

I am moving my site from the Classified Theme to the Job Theme. I am using the latest job and classified themes 8.9.

I am testing out the Job Theme on only one page of site first. I have a multi site. When you click on a resume and then click on the SEND MESSAGE button, it takes you to another page which is not the contact form.

Has anyone had this issue and have a fix?
