payment gateway issue

Hello there,

I’m having a bit of an issue testing the default Paypal option.

I have taken all the right steps in my Paypal account, also I believe
I have set all the appropriate steps in my them payment options.
I want it to be set to CA not US dollars, it says it’s saved as CA, but
it still comes up with that same Paypal message.

Is there something I’m missing? or is there an override somewhere?
To adjust it to select CA I emptied all my cashe thinking maybe that
would work. No luck, any help would be greatly appreciated.
