    Is it possible to restrict buying / selling capabilities ?

    Ok what I mean is my site is foremost for buyers and sellers in Australia however is there an option to allow a non resident of Australia to buy but not to sell ?
    strange request but one that has been asked to me several times so I thought i’d ask.
