banner url issues

I’m setting up a test advertising banner, I have it placed on my website, when I put in a link to https://www.google.com within the site url advertising banner I get this message come up when I click on the banner.

The requested URL /out/1099/url/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at Port 80

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
