Customer to publish/unpublish/publish a listing

Hi there. I am running the real estate theme version 6.3. (I am reluctant to upgrade because i don’t want to screw things up)

My question is this: Is it possible for a customer to publish their listings and then temporarily un-publish them (without deleting them) so that they can be removed from the live site then just put back at a later date if they need to be re-listed.

This scenario would be when a client has an interested party that later decides to pull out. If my web client deleted the listing in anticipation of a rental or sale he would then have to re-list it all again if the deal falls through.

Any ideas folks? Is there a plugin or update to fix this?
