Payment Setup and Full Access to Payment Plugins

Hi, my website in now live and I m supposed to be able to receive Paypal payments. The thing is than there is an error on my Paypal account saying than I’m not able to receive payments on my country but my paypal configuration allow me to do it.

Maybe I have missed something on the payment setup. Im attaching some screenshots (i have hidden the fiels paypal e-mail and company name).

Is there any Paypal api missing???? what have I done wrong?

Another Bug on the template is that I’m trying to get access to others payment plugins through the link that is provided on the administrator on payment setup (attached image) but when clicking on it, there’s a message saying that I don’t have enough permission to access to that kind of information.

Any help, please?
