How to remove the Category Link on the Listing Carousel

WP 4.4 DT 8.8
I would like to modify the Listing Carousel in any of 2 ways:

1. I would like to remove the Category Link under each listing in the Listing Carousel. Why? Well, there are several listings with several categories and only the first one is displayed. Clients ask why they are only listed in 1 category when they paid for 4. The reality is that the listing is in 4 categories, but in the carousel it is shown only 1.

2. As an option, I would like to display instead of 1 category, ALL categories assigned to the listing. (Max 8 categories). Yes, I know this could be seen really messy, but is worth trying.
