paypal payments – fees calculation

Hi all,
As I wish for the buyer to pay the paypal commissions and fee, ( 3.4% + 0.35€) I’m willing to insert some simple code lines to do the job.

Can anyone please help by giving a clue on where the price is calculated prior to be passed to the gateway so that I could add the code?
