Adding a Title to Audio and Video Uploads

Hi all,

Happy Holidays. So our question is…when a member creates their profile, and adds audio or video, is it not possible to let them add a title field or such so the visitors knows the title of the media, audio, or video? E.g. Radio Demo, Tv Demo, School Video, My Mix, etc…now it is just empty media player boxes for both audio and video. Any help is appreciated.
