Not importing properly categories through CSV Import Tool Plugin

Hello,

I am using CSV Import Tool Plugin to import Coupons. I am created subcategories “Men’s Fashion & Women’s Fashion” under category “Fashion”. When I am importing Coupons for Men’s Fashion or Women’s Fashion, the coupons are not imported into desired categories, it will create new category for Men’s Fashion or Women’s Fashion. After importing Coupons I am edited the category every time and put it into desired categories. I am inserted category id into CSV File to move into desired categories automatically but in vain. It will not imported correctly. Do you have any solution? Or I have to put every coupon manually.
