Problem with [FIELDS] single content display

Hi all,

I am using this code [FIELDS show=”job_duration”] in order to display a single field data on the listing boxes in the home page. “job_duration” is the database name I gave to the custom field in the listing setup.
The problem is that when using the code [FIELDS show=”job_duration”] it display the database value with the words “job_duration” as is and i only want to display the field data without this title.
If i am using display:none, it won’t help since it will also dispaly:none in the listing page.

Any advice?
