problem with responsive sizing

I am referring to the ad listing page with the type of listing e.g. sell an item, buy an item etc.
This is on the left of the page and the listing enhancemnets options are below it. Then on the right side there is the accordian boxes for the ad details to be entered. When I reduce the width of the browser the page layout changes for a smaller screen but the problem is that the Type of Listing section and Enhamcements section does not display. Only the accordian boxes are there, which means that the customer cannot select an ad type before filling out the forms. I tried it on the classifieds demo site and the same thing happens. ??? not sure whats wrong
