MJ order workflow, job completed or cancelation by either party, feedback system

Hi,
can anyone suggest a guide or whatever is useful to show the workflow progress, the order status and how the system feedback works?

Haven’t been able to figure it out myself.

Whenever an order is placed the only thing that happens is that the user receives a message telling him/her that they have received an order.
But how to show progress to the buyer or cancellation to either party?

How the seller and the buyer can leave feedback to each other?
