How do I get rid of the phone shortcode that is showing, or make it work?

Ever since the update to the latest version, my listings now show a shortcode [phone].
My first question is why is just a shortcode showing at all?
And also where is it drawing data from, or how do I make it work? How do I make actual phone numbers display where the shortcode is?

If I can’t make it work, then how do I get rid of it?
