Hi all,
We will be offering our Pro listing package at $0.00 for the first few days of our website launch. This package is set at 60 days.
My thought is that after these few days, to change the package price back to paid and change the listing length down to 30 days. This is currently set as recurring.
What I would like to know is this:
If a user signs up for this at no cost and I change the package length and price…
1. Will the original 60 day length be affected by the change to 30 days?
2. What will the user experience be when the free 60 days expires? In other words, they will get notified that it has expired. Do they simply go back to our listing page and choose another package subscription?
3. Will they still be able to use their existing listing, or will they need to recreate it.

Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
