Formatting issues: Pictures and loosing the format

1. whenever I going to check the listing, I lose the formatting. It becomes one chunk of words. This is a real problem, as I can’t remember how it was originally formatted – and when it’s not my listing, people are becoming unhappy with me.
2. the featured image does not want to show up anymore- since the last update.
3. it seems I have to go in and check everybody’s listing. This is a problem because my directory cannot be an automated directory. This includes me having to go in and correct the map manually.
4. I say there is a new blog area. Does this mean people can post blogs themselves?
