Yoast SEO Premium Conflicts PremiumPress theme

My question to Yoast.

Yoast SEO Premium plugin maybe creating a conflict with my Premiumpress responsive business directory theme. When plugin is enabled I can’t turn on text edit when you editing page or post. No ‘read more’ tag. Please assist. Thank you, Jim Johnston

Thanks for the email! We think Yoast SEO Premium may be in conflict with the PremiumPress theme. We would like some more information.

Does PremiumPress use a pagebuilder?

If so, is there a way to disable it and use a the standard WordPress editor? If so, does the issue resolve?

Can you confirm you are using the most recent PremiumPress? YES

Does the issue happen if you were to use the free Yoast SEO? You download it from the plugins menu. When you do be sure to deactivate Yoast SEO Premium prior to activating

Yoast SEO (the free one). All your SEO data and settings will still be saved in the Premium version.
