Workflow message delivery issues

    I have the MicroJob theme and the messages and job completion communication is not being delivered to the buyer or the seller via email.

    I have already turned on the emails in the Email and SMS section of the theme especially under the MicroJob Extra Emails – both are turned on 1) new jobs sold and 2) workflow message.

    The only messages that go through are if a job is sold (going to buyer and seller.

    Also, when a job is sold it takes 6 hours to get notified in email. so, how can I:
    get message to go and make them immediate and not have to wait 6 hours?
