WLT Plugin Upload Problems

I am having an issue updating WLT plugins within the responsive framework. I can upload non-WLT plugins and any plugin within WordPress Admin Plugin area but cannot use the internal link through the PPT Theme Options panel. What happens is I get bounced out of the admin area and get logged out. So then I tried to find, for example, the new Misc Expiry Options V 1.1 but at PPT but cannot find it. It’s only in my Theme Options dashboard but cannot access any plug-ins that way.

Has anyone had this problem?

Is there a way to download the updated plugins through PPT?

If you have a solution to fix getting logged out when trying to upload the updated PPT plugin through Theme Options panel of your site, pls let me know.
