Where to find the 'decrease height' for object box/item box style'

Hi everyone. What file and wht folder for me to decrease the height of the itembox style 'height' Warmest regards Angel

    As I am not very clear which box are you mentioning, I suggest you to use fire bug. (). If you are not familiar with it, these videos might help you.

    Fire bug helped me a lot for my website as I am not an expert.

    Keep a back up of the file that you are editing.

    i dunno binesh . so thankful . im still watching and reading some post here.
    i already manage to reduce the menu bar (accidentally)

    however, its not what i want to fix it.:) The item box (object box) heading such as website search, gallery list and categories ‘padding’ i think is too big. standard of otherpress is small.
    im still searching what file to reduce it.

    Some of the lines are given above. I just tested it using fire bug. Screen shot is attached. Always keep backup of the style sheet before modifying.
