I cannot believe the program doesn’t let you see whose orders failed.
This is basic. How else can you follow up to get the order, or even figure out what stumped the user or whether you have a glitch?
When an order fails, I receive an admin email – which is totally pointless because I cannot see whose order failed, or what they were trying to order.
Am I missing something?
Have you created an email template for your failed orders (Theme Setup >Email Setup).In your template for example to display the user name use the shortcode: (name)

Thank you for your order at EnglewoodClassifieds.com. We were unable to process your order. Please log into your account at My Account and try again or contact us at email@example.com.
Log into your account at My Account.
