Update

I have looked with no results to find a simple way of updating the themes. There is a recent update and was wondering if you have white paper on how to update. I have no ever had issue updating a wordpress theme or plugin and certainly hope this is not different. I have already experienced three failures when updating. If FTP the only option to overwrite the file. I moved away from dotnetnuke due to the very clear nature of the way they did business. Please inform me on the recommended method. If FTP that is ok.
