Sub directories issue

    Hello
    I am using Auction theme 5 on my site..
    I have setup 3 sub directories for auction,they are visible, but when user try to add new auction only 2 subdirectories open in the form of choosing directory .. the 3 sub directory invisible for him..

    Example :
    I have setup : militaria->1918->russia->caps
    In user add auction form he can add only : militaria->1918->russia
    3d subdirectory does not open..
    But through the wp admin panel it is visible and may be edited by admin..
    How to setup or resolve this issue ?
