Soft Close

Hi all,
I would like to have a soft close option for auctions in Auction Press.
When the time limit for an auction is close to running out, say it comes down to the final minute and there are 2 people interested in the item, I would like to have the auction extended automatically for another 30 sec. to a minute to give the other person a chance to bid. After no one bids for 1 minute or there has BEEN no bids in the final minute the auction closes.
This would seem to me to be in the best interest of the buyer and seller and would make a fair playing field.
