Shopping Cart requires duplicate information

In shopperpress when checking out you fill in the billing and shipping address instead of having a checkbox to confirm if it is the same shipping address. So you need to fill out both billing and shipping. Then when I choose my payment method it makes you fill out this information all over again. So if my billing and shipping information is the same it makes me fill it out name and address 4x.

I tried turning off registration under general setup but the address fields are still there so I am not sure how to get rid of duplicate address entries.

Also the address2 field is set to required. Same thing I tried to turn off under general settings registration page and it is still showing as required. In the USA we do not always have an address 2. I cannot by pass this field even if I do not need it.
