Shopperpress templates won't install

All of the default templates work fine. I downloaded “Healthy Life” from “Shop Theme” and when I try to upload it under “General Setup”, it says “upload failed”. I renamed the folder, zip name to shopperpress-healthylife and upload still fails. When I upload it manually to the child themes folder, it now appears in the drop-down list. I can select it and see the screenshot. But when I “save changes” I get:

(code: 2) in C:\wamp\www\Solventsforless\wp-content\themes\shopperpress\admin\_ad_setup.php on line 385”

Any ideas?
