ShopperPress Cart Issues

Version installed 8.8 installed/updated today.
installed UPS plugin

1 Created Coupon- not showing in purchase page= is activated and buyers cannot add coupon code because there is no field for it.
2 Emails are NOT being sent to buyer or to admin notifying of purchases made
3 Invoices are showing addresses and all etc.
4 payments are being completed at paypal

Need a fix for this.

But also have maybe silly question is
5 do people need to sign up as USERS/MEMBERS before they make a purchase? Or can they just buy straight from cart and fill in info AFTER purchase WITHOUT making a user account?
And do I need to make fields for them re: address etc.
I would have thought they would NOT need to do this just to buy as they can add their delivery address to orders during order process.
Is this the step I am missing?
6 WHY isnt there a WIKI at this website for each theme? so we can READ how to set these things up rather than watching a video? Videos burn up my internet wifi credits
I want Texts. And a wiki. And an instruction manual.
If there is, please point me to it. This is very frustrating, especially when new updates come out and things have changed.
