Shipping costs not added when choosing PayPal checkout

My Dutch local customers do not have to pay shipping costs. When they choose PayPal, it works fine.

When foreign customers choose to pay with PayPal, shipping costs are added on the screen, but not added to the amount shown in PayPal.

I have asked Mark, but he says it is not a problem with Shopperpress.

I have asked PayPal, but they say I have to add a button for all my different products. This is of course not the way Shopperpress works. You simply choose a way to pay at the checkout proces.

Does anybody have had the same problem? And know how to solve this?
