There is no renew option in DP, once paid for (unless they pay for a subscription) the listing will start and end.
When subscribers go to the trouble of paying for an ad, and upload pictures, (as many as 20+ in our case) of any listed vacation type property, then why on earth would you have the client read expiry emails when they cannot renew. Instead, they have to start from scratch and upload all the photos all over again, fill out the form again, just to renew their listing. Our competitors have a renewal function and after putting in hours of development, now we see that our site appears cumbersome and armature without a renewal process. Our concern is that our customers that we spend money to acquire through advertising our site will depart as soon as they experience this lack of renewal process, and take their business to other sites where they can simply renew by a click of a button.
Can you please update to include this simple process allowing renewals?
