Register through Facebook or Twitter with oauth

Hi, I’m setting up a new site with the Directory theme and would like to allow new users t register through Facebook or Twitter… or even G+, ie so they dont have to create and manage yet another user name and password. just log in with FB or Twitter.

In fact, not having this capability is a bit of a weakness these days. (imo) So, there are a bunch of plugins that can do this, but what i am wondering if anyone has experience (good or bad) with existing plugins for this – and making them work. Please.

Alex at PP Support said that some PP users have got this working – and he suggested posting on the forum and asking for input and advice. So, thanks in advance…. if you can help on this and share your experiences.
